Eventbrite
- Our Troop uses Eventbrite to manage sign-ups and payment for campouts and certain other activities.
- Please take a moment to create a single Eventbrite account for the entire family (adult leaders and families with multiple scouts).
- Duplicate registrations (i.e., Mom and Dad separately registering Jon Q. Scout) are surprisingly common — and expensive as we cannot refund Eventbrite’s fees.
- Please download the Eventbrite app to your phone. The phone app + registration allows you to see what events your scout is registered for. The website does not allow you to access this information.
2023/24 Troop 934 Class “B” T-Shirts
- We have a few extra 2023/24 Class B (Raven) T-shirts. Cost is $15.00.
- Please ask an adult leader at a Monday meeting
Sign-up Deadline & Refunds
- Sign-up Deadline for Scouts is 11.30pm the Tuesday before the trip
- Refund Request Deadline is 11.30pm the Monday prior to the trip
- Due to advance spending requirements we will — at best — only be able to offer a partial refund
- After the respective deadline sign-ups are closed and money is hard (no refunds)

- T934’s first trip to the BSA’s newest High Adventure base in West Virginia.
