Meetings tonight at 7pm!

Outdoor Committee Meeting is tonight at 6pm. It will primarily be for planning the Memorial Day Cherokee trip. All adults planning on going to the Cherokee/GSMNP tubing trip are encouraged to attend this evening.

Eagle Scout Fundraisers & Workdays

Luke Mistor will host his Eagle Scout Car Wash from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on May 25 at Mt. Tabor UMC. Food and Drinks will be provided and all scouts should wear athletic shorts and t-shirt.

CRK Registration Due

CRK registration is due by Memorial Day. May 13 (tonight) is the last day to submit/request changes to MB/activity choices.

May 24 – 27: Memorial Day Tubing/Backpacking Trip at Deep Creek Watershed, Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Please signup here.

Philmont 2025 participants will have a required 2-night backpacking trip; all other scouts will attend Unto These Hills and go tubing.

Camp Cards Due

For those participating in camp card sales, May 6th is here! Please remit payment at tonight’s meeting. Please return all unsold camp cards tonight as well.

Help Needed

Ben Walker is looking for volunteers to help at an event at Raven Knob this weekend.

Anyone wanting to help should let Ben (919-907-1739) know and plan on being at the tower around 8:45. Additionally, please let him know if you are interested in becoming certified as a climbing instructor.
