Robbie Powers is having his Eagle Scout fundraiser at the Court of Honor on Monday, March 11. For his project, he is building a boardwalk at Camp Merriwood, with the total costs being around $1200. For his fundraiser, he will have a yard sale. Scout families are asked to bring 5 or more items they do not need anymore (clothing, books, furniture, etc.) to the Court of Honor on Monday night. Candy will be available to those who participate. His yard sale will be on March 16 from 7 to 11 AM at 5255 Wilson Hill court if the weather permits.

Zach Dunn will be holding a bake sale on Monday, March 11 before the Court of Honor. He is accepting donations by cash, check, or Venmo. If you are interested in helping him, please contact him at (336) 575-2547.

If you are in the OA and would like to attend winter fellowship, Mr Danhauer has graciously agreed to give you a ride. The vehicle will leave MTUMC at 5:30 Friday. Austin Cassidy’s Eagle scout Ceremony will be taking place this Sunday, February 24th at 2:30 PM at Mount Tabor United Methodist Church. All scouts are invited to attend as we honor Austin for his hard work on getting to his Eagle.

It is with great sadness that I share the news of Troop 934 Eagle Scout Cameron Roletter’s passing. His memorial service will be held this Saturday at noon in Salem Funeral located at 2951 Reynolda Road for those who wish to attend. Please keep Cameron’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
